These are the end pieces from the manufacturing process and are therefore smaller chunks ~ usually from 1 to 4 inches long.  Perfect bite size!
Please note: Kippered means this jerky is processed and formed; not cut strips.  It is similar to Jack Links.
Made in & shipped from Wisconsin!  It's only factory fresh from the state it was made in.
