. Purchased in a museum gift shop (perhaps in
Alaska), this pouch or
PURSE
has a
PATRIOTIC
BUTTERFLY
pattern stitched on the front flap. Red, white and blue beads are used.
Measuring
4”
wide by about
3 1/2”
tall. Fully leather lined with light beige bias tape stitched along the top flap. A button is sewn under the flap to close the
POUCH
. There is a string sewn into the inside front of the flap to wrap around the button to secure.
The
PURSE
or
POUCH
is trimmed around the edge by a different color fur. A leather loop is on one edge for fastening it to the clothing.
