    Description

These items are from the estate of my great-aunt, a Choctaw citizen and collector of Native American art and fine jewelry.  In addition to being a Choctaw author, she designed "Modern Indian" fashions, and won awards for her creations at the Prix de west.  I believe this was one of her creations - a tunic dress with matching fringed shawl and fringed stole.  3 pieces in this listing:
    1. Tunic length dress.  Beaded around the collar, with hanging beads & shells off each shoulder.  Trimmed with embroidered Native patterns.  The fabric is an off-white cream colored material.  There are some minor makeup stains around the collar.
    2.  Matching fringed shawl.  Gorgous fringe hangs off the edges, with a stripe of the same embroidery.  1 fairly good size tan stain on it, but since the shawl is supposed to be folded over, it can easily be hidden.
    3.  Coordinating stole with fringe.  Could also be worn as a belt.  1 stain, can be hidden by just flipping the stole over.
The two most obvious stains are the one each on the stole & shawl.  Due to the type of fabric used, its difficult to tell if other color variations are natural variations of the fabric dye or a "stain".  Please keep that in mind when purchasing.
I know she wore this and items like this to tribal ceremonies and festivals, however I don't have photos of her wearing this particular outfit.  She would wear these whether participating in a tribal ceremony, pow wow, or just shopping at a Native art show.
The photos really don't do it justice (my daughter is modeling, and she isn't the right size for this outfit).  Since it's handmade, there's no size listed.  It is approximately
    size small
, but I've laid a measuring tape next to it in multiple photos.  Armpit to Armpit is 18", so 36" bust measurement. Shoulder to hemline is 42".

Note:  The last photo is just an example of her types of creations that she created for the Prix de West, the outfits shown in the final photo are not included in this listing.
