    Description

    This is a vintage Archive 5945L-2 internal tape drive.  I don't know much about it but I think it has a SCSI interface.  There is a 50-pin edge connector on the back.
    The drive was taken from a working system, many years ago.  I put power on it and nothing moved and the light didn't light up.  I have two of these drives for sale and they both behave that way, so I suspect that that's normal behavior.
    Because it takes some skill to get these working, as is typical of hardware of that era, I am selling this as is with no returns.  Please consider the risk you are assuming if you decide to buy.
    This drive has a sheet-metal frame and cover.  I am selling another similar drive in another listing that is just the bare drive.
    This fits in a Regional Rate A box with limited packing material.  If you want more secure packing, I can put it in a Medium Flat Rate box which is bigger (and more expensive).  Select that shipping option if that's what you want.
