    CPP Disc Brake Residual Valves
    Features:
    2lbs. residual valves for disc brake applications
    Necessary when brake calipers are higher than the master cylinder
    Act as a check valve to prevent system bleed down
    Sold as a pair
    When the master cylinder is mounted lower than the calipers, such as in an underfloor setup, the brake system can bleed pressure, requiring the use of inline residual valves. Gravity and vibration can cause brake fluid to leak back to the master cylinder away from the calipers, causing a loss of brake pressure. These valves will act as a one way check valve that prevents this type of bleed-back.
