Palmer’s Rocky Mountain Jerky! Homemade SWEET and SMOKE Flavored ANGUS Beef Jerky. This jerky is delicious! I marinade for a week, using honey, molasses and garlic teriyaki for my SWEET/ and a strong smoke, ginger, garlic teriyaki for my SMOKE flavor. I use only select cuts of 100% Rocky Mountain, wild grass feed, ANGUS BEEF. I generally dry the beef to a medium consistency meaning it’s tough but slightly tender. All mailing is included and I usually send out on Saturdays. Please specify SWEET or SMOKE flavored when purchasing. I Usually send a mix if not specified.

Thx for the sample . I tried them both I like the sweet better. They both taste really good . Wish you made some dry jerky which is my favorite . . I really think that cool and smart of you giving a sample I realize this cost you money . I am only purchasing the smaller bag because the moist jerky I can eat way to fast .unless you can make dry jerky . Thanks again .
