For sale is a 10 lb. vacuum sealed package of delicious Peppered Dakota Trails Kippered Beef.
These are the end pieces from the manufacturing process, and are therefore smaller chunks ~ usually from 1 to 4 inches long.  Perfect bite size!  Peppered flavor is our driest and saltiest jerky, so if you prefer more tender or sweeter jerky, please consider our Teriyaki or BBQ flavors.
