    Description

This is may be the only sash belt out there that was made to be a liturical stole worn by ministers during "ordinary times" of the church calendar since it is mostly green with black and white highlights.  It was made for my father-in law probably 30 years ago.  He wore it only a few times.
It is in excellent condition, is a beautiful example of an expertly hand woven sash belt with a unique cross design.  It is extra long and extra wide. (9 feet by 4 inches)  It is lined with black fabric.  If not used as a stole it could be used as a wall hanging or even possibly worn if the length would allow that.
It was woven at Rock Point, AZ on the Navajo Reservation.
