Our Gourmet beef Jerky
is made fresh
for each order.
After receiving an order we cut and trim the fat to make it extra lean. Next, we marinate the meat for 24 hours, process it, cool it down, and then package it.  We than ship our freshly made gourmet beef jerky out to you.
BITE-SIZED pieces make it easier to chew and more convenient to eat! Upon request we will be happy to cut a bigger slab piece if you like to tear into your beef jerky...just send us a note with your order. (",)
