'm not even sure where to begin with this INCREDIBLE lot of Original Madonna Photos by Herb Ritts.
Here you have an unbelievable collection of actual photo prints from HERB RITTS in association with JOHN COULTER DESIGN. Coulter designed the tour WHO'S THAT GIRL TOUR book and with Herb Ritts in 1987.
This lot of images are new pictures that John Coulter and Herb Ritts are recommending to Madonna for the tour book to replace other pictures she did not like and want, as evidenced in the typewritten letter from John Coulter to Melissa (Madonna's Assistant).
There are 7 (YES 7!!!) amazing ORIGINAL photos  from Herb Ritts given over to John Coulter Design for the layout of the Who's That Girl tour book.
EACH IS PRINTED ON ILFORD CIBACHROME PHOTO PAPER
. This paper is used for the photographic process of film transparencies/negatives on photographic paper.
It is accompanied by a letter from John Coulter to Melissa who was Madonna's longtime assistant. They were prepping the tour book to be ready for the start of the World Tour in Japan.
7 iconic images of Madonna from the tour book shot by Herb Ritts in their original layout. I have put CDs next to the pictures so you can grasp the big beautiful size of these photos!
I will describe everything in detail:
1.
True Blue Album Cover Picture
measures
19 INCHES x 24 INCHES on film paper. A black and white image against a foam cord with plastic cover. The marker scribble is on the cover NOT the image. On the backing card it says PAGE 13.
2.
Bolero Hat FILM Picture
measures 16 INCHES x 20 INCHES and is taped on a backing card that is 20" x 24. It is in incredible condition. I didn't dare remove or touch the tape, so I have no idea if anything is written on the back. This is also in a folder that has a protective plastic cover. On the corner of the backing card it says "100%" (referring to use the WHOLE IMAGE) and "page 23."
3.
The Black & White "Marilyn" Picture
- WHICH IS THE TOPIC OF THE LETTER - measures 20 INCHES x 24 INCHES on film paper. A little rough around the edges but ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!
4.
The BIG Open Your Heart Video Sparking Breast
image, measures 20 INCHES x 24 INCHES, and again, the image is just breathtaking. A little rough around the edges but the picture itself is gorgeous.
5.
Open Your Heart Sitting Chair Pose
measures
12 INCHES x 11 INCHES. This is a Peep show picture from the music video.
6.
Open Your Heart Holding Chair
measures
5 INCHES x 6 INCHES
7.
Madonna PEEP SHOW Dancing

ALL OF THE PHOTOS ARE PRINTED ON PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER and are NOT COPIES. Some of the backing cards have numbers and letter most likely referring to the layout in the tour book.
All of these beautiful images are housed in what seems to be the original folder given as a gift to an employee of Warner Brother Records in Los Angeles.

For US Buyers - All media items will be shipped via MEDIA MAIL with TRACKING INCLUDED in the shipping. Non-Media Items will be shipped via Priority Mail. For collectors outside of the US, items can be shipped via Global Express Mail EMS to document shipping, they will have tracking and require signature. If you choose to decline Global Express Mail EMS, it can be shipped via AIRMAIL at your own risk. Although AIRMAIL is cheaper, it does NOT have tracking, signature or insurance.
And I cannot be responsible if your item does not arrive. But I will always have proof of mailing and receipt of your item being sent. International customers can also choose Registered Mail with tracking and signature if your items are under 4LBS in weight and smaller size.
