Our Biltong starts as hand cut strips of the finest American beef. We then marinate it in our time tested blend of vinegar, pepper, coriander, spices and a dash of salt. During their 18 day hang dry, it develops an extraordinary depth of flavor. The result, a unique cross between Jerky, slow roasted beef and fine Italian prosciutto.

It’s extremely hard to find great tasting jerky or Biltong that doesn’t have an ingredient like sugar or soy and this product is top notch! I will be ordering more for those low carb days when you need a satisfying snack! Also, I sometimes find the flavor of other brands to be way too strong for my pallet and this brand seems to find that perfect balance. Love, love, love it! Will be buying again!

I ordered more of it. It is low carb I need this for my diet. It is not killer hot which I prefer in my food.It is hard to find low carb low heat high protein snacks. This one fits the bill.

I have never had authentic South African Biltong, but this stuff is way better than American beef jerky. It tastes like actual meat! It is not greasy or plasticy like a lot of american beef jerky. It has very few ingredients and you can pronounce all of them. All of the ingredients you would be able to find in your kitchen and not a chemistry lab. Not to sound sexist, but I work in an office with all females and they asked me to order more. When you open the bag it doesn't smell like a dog fart, like American beef jerky does.

This South African style of jerky is something I purchase to surprise my boyfriend. He loves it so much that he finishes an entire packet in a sitting. The peri-peri flavor seems to be his favorite. I highly recommend it!
