Returns:
Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 5 business days of delivery. We will need an e-mail address provided to send a UPS return shipping tag for the item. Please let us know if a replacement or refund is desired. Refund or replacement given upon our receipt of ALL original items and packaging. If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.
