Description: Hp Storage Works MSL6000 series library tape Drive.
With 2 AJ028-62001 Tape drives.
Drive Is Tested to turn on.
Functions I could test were as follows:
·
Powers on.
·
Touch screen works.
·
Doors unlock.
·
Carriage moves as expected.
·
Installed a Cleaner tape and the system can “see” a tape installed.
·
System can move tapes for slot to slot.
·
System can move tapes to either of the 2 drives.
·
Network connection.
Functions I Could not test were as follows:
·
The functionality of either drive.
·
Whether or not it can read the tapes.
·
Whether or not it can write to the tapes.
·
How it handles more then one tape at a time. As we only got 1 cleaner tape with it. (Which is NOT included!)
The unit has some minor scratches and scuffs. Should not affect any functions. Also we can’t test this tape drive 100% so we are selling this AS-IS, no guarantee, and no returns!
What you see in the pictures is what you get. Nothing More Nothing Less.
