Electric VIII Solid Body Mahogany Ukulele Project
Solidbody Electric Ukulele based of the Fender Electric XII guitar.
One piece mahogany body. (No finish on body.)
Flamed maple neck with rosewood fretboard and hockey stick headstock. Neck is 17” scale with 17 frets. Neck is constructed with 2 carbon fiber flat rods to keep it nice and straight. Bone nut. (Needs string slots cut.) Vintage style tuners. (Neck has been finished with tru-oil but will need to be polished out. Fret leveling will also need to be done.)
Custom made bridge plate with 12 string saddles added.
Aged white pickguard with 2 Tone Monster MP 1 pickups and a mini 3 way toggle switch. (Needs wiring.)
Mirrored control plate with mini 500k Alpha solid shaft vol/tone pots and input jack. (Needs wiring.)
Extra Tort pickguard cut for Tone Monster pickups and extra Aged white picguard cut for Mustang bass pickup. Also includes a clear control plate.
Need someone who can take this neat little project across the finish line. Sold as a project and as-is. I've added a couple of construction photos to show the routes under the pickguard and the carbon fiber flat rods placed during the neck construction.
