Duke's smoked sausages are made with real ingredients and a simple blend of classic spices, before adding chopped, green Italian parsley and a pinch of real, roasted garlic to give Duke's shorty sausages an authentic, old-world flavor.

Duke's Original Recipe Smoked Shorty Sausages are made fresh and never frozen. Duke's smoked sausages are made from pork that's never raised with any added growth hormones. Duke's shorty sausages are a delicious gluten-free meat snack and contain seven grams of protein and a mere one gram of sugar per serving. The smoked meat sausages are also slow dried with no added nitrites.
