LevelQuik RS (Rapid Setting) Self-Leveling Underlayment helps level floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, natural stone, resilient flooring, carpet, wood and other floor coverings. This quick-setting underlayment can be applied to 1.5 in. (3.8 cm) thick in one pour and seeks its own level in minutes. With proper installation, the use of LevelQuik RS can achieve an extra heavy rating for high impact use in food plants, dairies, breweries and kitchens. LevelQuik RS helps eliminate installation problems such as bond failure, crumbling and staining of resilient flooring caused by the free moisture found in traditional underlayment.

I mixed a half batch to level an uneven floor...

I mixed a half batch to level an uneven floor for s shower pan. I should have added a bit more water as it was like a thick milk shake. It did not self level. The next day I mixed the rest thinner and it leveled better. Resaon I only gave it 4 stars was that the instructions shuld gave a mixing ratio like 1 water to 3 cement. That way it makes it more reliable for smaller batches.

This is an excellent product, but is easy to screw...

This is an excellent product, but is easy to screw up. I have used 3x, but on the 2nd time it did not set up correctly, due to over mixing. You do not want to remove this product to repour. Trust me. There is a reason people can specialize in floors and concrete work!!!
