The booklet has a horizontal crease across the centre, there is also quite a lot of wear on the front cover, mainly towards the lower half. Please check last 3 scans for more details.
Inner pages are in very nice condition.
Size is 36 x 25 cm (quite BIG!)  and there are 12 pages including the front/back covers.
