For sale is a 10 lb. vacuum sealed package of delicious tender BBQ Beef Steak Dakota Trails Kippered Beef.
These are the end pieces from the manufacturing process, and are therefore smaller chunks ~ usually from 1 to 3 inches long.  Perfect bite size!  The unique flavor is somewhat smoky with a hint of garlic.
Please note: this meat is processed and formed (kippered); not cut strips.  It is similar to Jack Links.
