This item is EXTREMELY RARE.
These paperweights were gifted to those individuals who paid ,000 per plate to attend the Space Jam fundraising event in New York City at Studio 450.  The event was sponsored by many key corporate members of the Coalition for Space Exploration.  The guest of honor was House Majority Leader Representative Tom Delay (R-TX).
This paperweight may be one of the hardest-to-find pieces of Untied States political memorabilia.  A very limited number of these were produced as the number of people who spend ,000 a plate to attend a fundraising dinner is extremely small.
The piece measures 3.25 inches wide, 2 inches high, and 2 inches deep.
The paperweight was a little difficult to photograph.  The writing and the space-themed insignia are embedded internally in the glass, giving a hologram effect to the piece.  This paperweight is quite special and would make an amazing addition to your political memorabilia collection.
