    Description

    1933 Chicago World's Fair The Midway Folding Double Chair. Seats move independently of one another while the base is one piece. Whole thing folds flat. Stenciled "MIDWAY CENTURY OF PROGRESS" on back of one chair. It was found in a garage at an estate sale in Chicago. Folded up it stands 38". It is 34" wide and only 5" deep. The seat depth is 15 1/2" from front to back and is 17" side to side.
    The souvenir books chronical the Fair. and the stamps were found in one of the books. The "FAD" of the day. Another rarity.
    Local Pick up or a local Police Station meet point is preferable.
