    This elongated cent is a souvenir of the 1933-1934 Chicago World's Fair - the Century of Progress International Exposition.  The bold, detailed image shows the Avenue of Flags, with the words

    at the top and the words
    WORLD'S FAIR CHICAGO 1934
    at the bottom.

    measures approximately 39 x 20 mm (1-9/16 x 3/4").
    This elongated cent is in almost uncirculated condition, with no apparent wear or damage, with toning (mostly on reverse), and it remains bright.
