Total mintage 510   and only  300 +/- left   Rarely seen here -ebay- or elsewhere
You are bidding on raw coin from pics   1 proof coin   10c  1877
Nice  proof for the time whatever that means as there are few comparisons
that I could find.
My checklist says cleaned so I must have obtained it that way  - mark at
3 o'clock field from maybe cleaning - I could not see on coin but shows up
on pics.   But displays very nice and when comparing to the few others
sold over last 20 years  clearly above average
coin has  been lightly handled by me  in doing pics and placing in holder for display
yes had trouble with pics  with old equipment and varying light
coin better then pics
Prices for these 1877's  in books are
not reflective of rarity of set as all proof prices show same value even those
with 2 to 3 times the mintage for this  series    also look at all sold in archives
very few '77's over past 25 years  RARE KEY DATE
