It has traits that give it similarities to biltong and beef jerky, although aspects of the preparation give the product its unique flavor that differs from jerky, in the best way! Ingredients include: beef, coriander, black pepper, salt, brown vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. The product is SLICED into thin strips, making consumption easier. If you wish to have the product delivered in a different form, such as chunks or large uncut pieces, please feel free to send me a message and let me know. PLEASE KEEP REFIRGERATED WHEN NOT CONSUMING! Vacuum sealing then freezing is best for long term storage.
